About us

Gastromir company was founded in 1995. We have gradually improved by expanding our range of products and services into what we are today, a large capacity kitchen that meets the requirements of the European Union. The establishment is located in the premises of SPU Nitra - ŠJ Mladosť.

We provide food preparation for universities, enterprises and companies in Nitra and the surrounding area, for multinational companies and industrial parks. We provide transport with our own fleet of vehicles. We build sustainable employment. We employ dozens of people, most of whom are in long-term employment.

 

We also cooperate with schools in the field of cook - waiter and participate in practical training of their students:

 

- Secondary Vocational School of Gastronomy and Tourism Nitra - Levická

- Secondary Vocational School of Food Nitra - Čermáň

 

Our priority is to prepare rational and high quality food, while trying to adapt to the requirements of our boarders. We prepare food according to the recipes of meals for common catering and follow the principles of HACCP, SHP. Fresh vegetables are included in salads throughout the year, supplemented by sterilized and fermented vegetables. For the preparation of flour dishes, dumplings, mashed potatoes, gnocchi... we do not use semi-finished products! The preparation is comparable to home cooking. The satisfaction of our customers is important to us. Also based on their requests, we are constantly improving.
